How High Heels Hurt Your Body

High heels are a reflection of good height, fashion, and a good walking cake. Women preferred them most when it comes to style statement. They wore them for special occasions, picnics, parties, functions, and out to dinner. They easily get ready to hail the pain associated with it. Most of them even ignore it just for the sake of foot fashion. But do you know at what price?

Many studies have shown that high heels are not only intended to be costly but also take toll on your spine, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. They can easily alter your posture and gait. Foot fashion within the limit is good for health. Researchers now educating women and convincing them about the pros and cons associated with high heels usage. High heels are not bad but must be used keeping the demand of your ankles. Women use them mostly while on work but avoid them during dancing.

High Heels problem

You cannot see the result all of sudden, but constant wearing will show the result like tearing the feet. In order to maintain the balance, the calf, hip, and back muscles automatically become tensed when you wear a heel. And at the end of the day, you come across excess of muscle fatigue and strain, even unable to walk. With the passage of time, wearing high heels can also cause the calf muscles to cramp and bulge. So, whatever your profession is, you must be aware of high heels affect.

But, no need to get panic; you can still carry on your style statement with grace wearing high heels by following certain points given below:
• Avoid wearing high heels for long time prefer short periods
• Must stretch leg muscles before and after wearing them
• Try and set your limit to two inches
• Purchase shoes in the afternoon when feet are at their largest
• Don’t choose pointed toe
• Select shoes with leather insoles to avoid foot from slipping
